The Department has spacious classrooms, air-conditioned seminar halls, and a well-equipped laboratory. It has three dedicated fully air-conditioned computer lab with 300 systems, all in a networked environment with un-interrupted power supply. These systems have the most updated software and they run on various platforms such as Windows, Linux, Sun. The department offers free high-speed Internet facility through 1 STM TATA – 500Mbps Jio provider. The department has a dedicated server for E-mail, File Backup, DNS, DBMS and Linux. The lab is equipped with four 10KVA UPS and375KVA DG set as a standby. A Fortigate Firewall provides security for the system.
