Best Coordinators for the CyberSecurity Virtual Internship Program(VIP)’21
The Department of Information Technology is very proud to share that our very sincere and dedicated staffs Dr M Suresh Kumar and Mrs B Renukadevi have been recognised as the best coordinators for the cybersecurity virtual internship program(VIP)’21.
We are happy to share that Our college is in Top 2 position in the UiPath RPA Skillathon 2021 in association with ICTAcademy and the SPOC Dr.S.Sankari/IT received appreciation from UiPath in coordinating these event and its happened because of support from the all Department coordinators.
The 2021 RPA Skillathon saw 50,000+ educators and students from 300+ partner institutions participate and 44,000+ completing the Step into RPA course on UiPath Academy. The event helped raise awareness on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology, skills needed and career opportunities available.
The department of information technology is very proud of our staff Dr.S.Sankari for achieving a special place in the top three organizations of being the part of “SKILLATHON ” conducted by the UIPath from 21.12.2021 to 31.12.2021 for imparting the value of Robotic Process Automation!!!
Our faculties Ms.S.Anitha Jebamani and Ms.S.Gomathi have received “Best Faculty Advisor” from IEI association during the month of october 2021.
Dr.R.Ranjana , Associate Professor, Department of Information Technology, has been awarded the “BEST ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR”, in the Award for excellence in Education 2021 function organised by Kalvi Chutar , Education Today, on 12/9/2021 at Sheik Noordin Auditorium, Mount Road, Chennai.
Dr.S.Sankari has received Engineering Excellence Award for Women from the organisation Society for Engineering Education Enrichment (SEEE).
Dr.T.P.Rani has received the SEEE award 2020 under Best Research Paper from the organisation Society for Engineering Education Enrichment.
We Congratulate Dr.T.Subha for completing IoT Foundation course and Ms.Sheeba Rachel for successfully completing Artificial Intelligence course in Aug 2020.The courses are Industry recommended and Validated by SSC NASSCOM

Ms.B.Kamala Of IT department had completed the train the trainer programme of Virtusa. The virtual Inauguration of” Train the Trainer ” program on “Full stack java ” by Virtusa was held on May 4th2020. The program ran for a month till 5th June 2020. The session included the topics such as Maven, Introduction to Spring core, Spring MVC, Spring ORM, Design patterns, Unit testing and Angular. Hands on training paved way for deeper understanding that broadened the perspective in terms of academic and Industry.
